When does Field Day start and finish?
Gates open at 12pm and the event ends at 11pm. The first acts are from 12pm.
Where is Field Day?
Field Day is held at The Domain in Sydney, NSW. The Domain is located in Sydney’s CBD between Art Gallery and Hospital Roads.
How can I buy a ticket?
How many tickets can I buy?
There is a limit of ten (10) tickets per person.
I need ticket support! Can you help?
To access your ticket, log into your Moshtix account. If you have an issue, first check the Moshtix FAQs and if you require further assistance, submit a Moshtix support request.
Do I need an email address to purchase a ticket?
Yes. We primarily use mobile or PDF print-at-home tickets that are sent to your email address. All tickets will be sold online via Moshtix. There are no physical tickets for sale.
I didn’t receive my ticket, what should I do?
Log in to your Moshtix account used for the purchase and select ‘Show My Ticket’ for the relevant event. You then have the option to view the ticket in your browser, download or resend them to an email. Please also check your junk mail, your booking confirmation might be sitting there.

How do I complete a name change?
To manage your ticket(s), please log into your Moshtix account. Click REISSUE and follow the prompts to name change/reissue and transfer it to a friend.
Note: DO NOT sell or buy your ticket via unofficial resale sites such as Viagogo, Tixel, TicketSwap and Ticketmaster Resale as they are scalping sites and will void your ticket.
CAN I REFUND MY TICKET?
As per our T&C’s tickets to Field Day are non-refundable. If the event is cancelled a refund will be processed. Don’t worry, you will be contacted with instructions on what to do if this happens. Read more on our Terms & Conditions.
IS FIELD DAY ACCESSIBLE FOR EVERYONE?
Yes it is. Field Day accommodates for people with accessibility requirements, is wheelchair accessible and supports the companion program.

CAN I SELL MY FIELD DAY TICKETS ON TIXEL, EBAY, GUMTREE OR FACEBOOK?
No!
Field Day tickets may not be resold as a commercial transaction under any circumstance. Fuzzy Events reserves the right to void any tickets without compensation if the original purchaser has sold them. The new ticket holder may be refused entry or be evicted from the venue. This measure, although extreme, is to combat scalpers.
Also you can be scammed selling tickets as well as buying them from unofficial sites don’t risk it! it’s not worth it.
MY TICKET NEVER ARRIVED SO I COULDN’T GO TO THE EVENT. CAN I GET A REFUND?
No. It’s your responsibility to resolve any ticket fulfilment issues with us prior to the event. Most of the time tickets that have not been received are related to spam filters and are out of our control, which we do not refund as per our T&C’s. If you choose not to contact us before an event to have your tickets resent and call us after the event for a refund, no refund will be provided.
If you still haven’t received your ticket prior to the event and have proof of purchase from Moshtix you will be able to receive support from the box office on the day.
Can I leave Field Day and come back in?
No, you cannot leave and come back in. There are NO PASSOUTS, so please ensure sure you bring in everything you’ll need for the day. This includes any medication, along with your prescription for the medication.
I lost something at Field Day. What should I do?
If you lose something at Field Day, visit Anything Anytime. Someone might have handed it in! After the event, you can come to Guest Services during these times:
Tuesday, 2 January 2024 | 10am – 3pm
Wednesday, 3 January 2024 | 10am – 3pm
After these times, all items will be disposed of or donated. Only passports will be handed to the police.
IS CASH ACCEPTED ON SITE?
EFTPOS and Credit Cards are the only way to purchase Food, Drinks and Merchandise. There are no ATMs on site.
CAN I BRING MY OWN ALCOHOL?
BYO alcohol is strictly prohibited. Security will be checking all bags and containers at the entrance and any alcohol found will be confiscated.
CAN I BUY ALCOHOLIC DRINKS AT FIELD DAY?
Field Day is a strictly 18+ licensed event. We’ll have a range of beverages for you to choose from including all your favourite beers, ciders and spirits.
There will also be a range of non-alcoholic beverages available for purchase around the event.
Field Day loves to keep Australia beautiful and will be running a recycling program at our bars.
CAN I BRING A WATER BOTTLE WITH ME?
We are more than happy for you to bring an empty plastic water bottle to Field Day, metal water bottles will not be permitted.
We offer free water stations across the festival site for you to fill up your bottles throughout the day. Please note soft drinks, juice, milk, energy drinks, flavoured water and sports water are not permitted to be brought into the festival.
CAN I BRING MY FOOD WITH ME?
No. You can buy food and drink for the duration of the event. There is no BYO food or drink permitted. Please refer to the Entry Conditions for more details. We will have a wide variety of food vendors on the day.
If you have a food allergy, please bring a doctor’s not or medical form as proof of allergy and at the front gate managers discretion you will be allowed to bring in your own food as long as it is wrapped in clear plastic wrapping.
Please do not bring eskies, picnic blankets or baskets, folding chairs, glass containers, knives and any other bulky or sharp items. Security guards will be checking bags at the gate and will confiscate prohibited items.
CAN I BUY FOOD AT FIELD DAY?
Field Day will have a diverse selection of catering options for sale, from sweet to savoury, from local providers to festival favourites, a delicious selection of international flavours and a number of vegetarian and vegan options too!
I NEED TO BRING MY MEDICATION WITH ME, HOW DO I DO THIS?
If you need to bring in prescription or over-the-counter medication, you will need to make sure it is clearly labelled with the prescription in your name and in it’s original packaging.
Please be aware security may ask Field Day’s medical team to check your medication upon arrival.

CAN I BRING MY CAMERA TO FIELD DAY?
First and foremost, please respect the privacy of all other patrons, artists and service providers at Field Day when using your camera or mobile phone to take photos.
Professional still cameras (such as an SLR), professional video cameras (including go-pros), sound recording equipment and professional lighting and tripod set ups are not permitted at Field Day without written authority from the Promoters
Any patron with equipment of this description won’t be allowed to bring it in
WHAT IF IT RAINS?
Field Day will go ahead rain or shine. If it looks like it’s going to rain, by all means bring a poncho or rain coat and your gumboots, but please leave your umbrella (all kinds) at home.
In case of wet weather, ponchos are available to buy at Anything Anytime. If there are extreme weather conditions, we will be in contact with further information.
DRUGS AT FIELD DAY
Field Day does not condone any behaviour that may knowingly cause harm to an individual and encourages all patrons to take personal responsibility for their actions.
There are risks associated with drugs including adverse health reactions and criminal charges. There will be a drug dog operation at Field Day. Police will be prosecuting anyone found with drugs.
If you’re feeling unwell or you notice someone else who might need assistance, please reach out to the closest Field Day Event, Security or Medical team member immediately. Field Day has a range of services on site and we’re here to help, without judgement. Familiarise yourself with our event facilities, which can be found in the navigation menu above.
Will there be First Aid?
A First Aid tent and a Party Safe Harm Reduction Centre will both be in operation from Field Day’s start to finish and are the place to go if you or one of your friends aren’t feeling well.
Not sure what’s wrong? Or think maybe you just need a rest? Be on the safe side and talk to our Party Safe Crew in pink Tees or our First Aid operators – they’ll be able to help or send you along to someone else who can.
If you’ve had a big day of partying and feel unwell, please visit Party Safe or Medical BEFORE you go home. Your best chance of staying safe after you leave is to be cautious and to get help in a safe space where help is available to you.
CAN I POST A PHOTO OF MY TICKET ON SOCIAL MEDIA?
As excited as you might be, Field Day advises NOT to post a photo of your ticket with the barcode visible on any social media sites. Sneaky people can use this to make fake tickets and it could stop you entering the event 😳

All our emerging artists are selected through triple j Unearthed, so make sure you upload your tracks there.
